Shipping & Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same new condition that you received it;
• Returned in the original packaging;
• Assigned return ticket number must be included in the return shipment.
• Velocitor charges a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
• Shipping items back to Velocitor; shipping fees are your responsibility

All boxes should be securely packed to prevent possible damage during shipping. We are not liable for damage that occurs during shipment back to us. We recommend keeping tracking information on file, for we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Your approved RMA number is valid for 10 business days.

Warranty Claims

For item returns due to a manufacturer’s defect:

• Most accessories carry a 90 day warranty by each manufacturer
• Scanners  carry 12 month warranty against OEM defects
• Items will be repaired or replaced with same exact product by OEM
