Shipping & Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Returned in the original packaging;
  • Assigned return ticket number must be included in the return shipment.
  • Velocitor charges a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
  • Shipping items back to Velocitor; shipping fees are your responsibility

For item returns due to a manufacturers defect:

  • Most accessories carry a 90 day warranty by each manufacturer.
  • Items will be replaced with same exact product
  • Shipping items back to Velocitor; shipping fees are your responsibility

For defective Scanner replacements; please follow procedure for an overnight device replacement covered under the Velocitor monthly service.  Only applies to scanners with comprehensive coverage purchases.

To process a Return/RMA:

  • Please call 877-492-8808 pin 125 Option 2 (An Agent will provide you with an RMA number)
  • Please make certain that the return ticket number is included in your return shipment.
  • Please do not record the RMA or any markings on the original manufacturer’s box/packaging
  • The return box should contain all items that were included with the original shipment, including the original manufacturer's box and packing material, all accessories, UPC bar codes, manuals, etc. that came with the original shipment.

All boxes should be securely packed to prevent possible damage during shipping. We are not liable for damage that occurs during shipment back to us. We recommend keeping tracking information on file, for we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Your approved RMA number is valid for 10 business days.
